Becuase I’ve been there! I understand what it’s like to always seem to have extra pounds to lose, equate working out with misery, and feel as if the goal is near impossible to attain.

I also know that the process and results of losing weight and building muscle and endurance go so far beyond the external. Their roots are often much deeper and the lessons we learn in the journey bring a much deeper freedom a just a number on a scale.

Holistic well-being involves more than physical training and outward development, it also involves the mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being of a person. Ever wonder why there are so many mirrors in the gym? They are there for more than taking selfies. Mirrors give feedback to keep you focused, motivated and safe. In the same way, my take on fitness involves being strategic for my clients by giving similar feedback on daily habits. This has multiple venues, from spiritual guidance to giving encouragement on days that you just “don’t feel like it.” Through emails, social media, and our scheduled sessions, I provide what many forget to provide as trainers – someone who understands and has been there, who’s willing to dig deeper, and who knows the very real struggles a person can go through.

How it Works

  1. Upon payment, you will be emailed your Assessment Questionnaire and schedule your Assessment appointment.
  2. Your Assessment will consist of a 1-hour Zoom comprehensive consultation to review your questionnaire, discuss your goals and include your first 30-minute session. 
  3. At the end of your session, you will receive feedback of your current plan, recommendations on areas of improvement, and details on my available customized training plan options.
  4. *Your $30 comprehensive assessment fee may be used towards the purchase of a Customized Training Plan.*
