Health & wellness coaching is not just to prevent sickness or improve a problem. “Health” is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. Therefore,  the purpose of health & wellness coaching is to support you thriving in all areas of life – eating habits, exercise, reduction of toxins, stress levels, sleep, spiritual life, relationships. If you want support and guidance in multiple areas, then holistic health & wellness coaching is for you!

A holistic approach means that we get to talk about it ALL! Which is how it should be, because we are whole people, and every part of us is connected, and everything we do affects other parts of our body, mind and spirit.  Your solutions can come from just about any source – you, the Bible, supplements, exercise, journaling, essential oils, dietary changes, herbs, etc. We’ll explore your options to find the best answers to help you feel empowered and healed.

With health coaching, there is no set program to follow. We are free to be flexible from week to week. Want to talk about your exercise routine one week, your sleep issues the next, and your late-night snacking the next? Then that’s what we’ll do! Think of  it less as a program and more of a combination of a counselor and a girlfriend who listens, supports and advises you without interrupting with her own problems.  This service is designed to be long-term – at least 3-6 months or more –  and fluid to support you through all of life’s challenges.

How it Works

  1. Please book a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your needs and goals.
  2. Upon payment, you will be emailed your welcome package with your assessment questionnaires, and we will set up an appointment for your initial assessment.
  3. We will start with a 30-min assessment (via Zoom) of your current lifestyle habits and start setting goals.
  4. You’ll walk away with some tangible next steps and a sense of motivation!
  5. We will set a schedule to meet either weekly or bi-weekly for 30 minutes per session.

  • Transformation: 6 month program – $675
  • Renewal: 3 month program – $350
  • Basic: 3 session intro package – $150
