The intro package allows you to experience what nutrition coaching is all about, as well as get your questions answered and support for goals and next steps.

This package is also great for someone who feels like they understand their nutrition or fitness pretty well under control, but just need a few pointers to get them past a hurdle.

Description

The three-session Nutrition & Health Coaching Package is perfect for anyone who wants some guidance with their nutrition, health, and/or fitness goals. For anyone who is new to coaching, this package will allow you to experience what nutrition coaching is all about, as well as get your questions answered and support for goals and next steps. This package is also great for someone who feels like they understand their nutrition or fitness pretty well under control, but just need a few pointers to get them past a hurdle. All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your need and progress.

What You’ll Get:

  • Session 1: 45-min assessment sessionĀ  – we will review your health history, goals, and dietary habits and plan some steps to get you moving toward your goal.
  • Session 2: 45-min follow-up session – we will check in on progress from session 1 and either set new goals, work on overcoming challenges, or spend some time on education, depending on what your situation requires.
  • Session 3: 45-min follow-up sessionĀ  – same format as session 2
  • You’ll get custom calorie and macronutrient recommendations if desired and a Macronutrients 101 Guide.

How it Works:

  2. You will be given an assessment to complete and asked to record a 3-day food journal. Once they are completed and sent to us, you may book your first session.
