Busy morning and short on time?
Stuck at the office and missed your spin class?
Don’t skip your workout when life gets busy. Sure, you may only have 10-15 minutes, but better to do something than nothing! Even if you can burn 100 calories, that still counts towards your overall weight loss and helps maintain your fitness.
Try a Tabata workout when time is limited. You can torch tons of calories with this style of workout because you workout at super high intensity for the majority of the time. Do the following exercises at all-out effort for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds, then move onto the next exercise in the list. You can download apps that have timers for Tabata, or find music on YouTube.
Go for 12 minutes if you can, or even longer if you’ve got the time. Just repeat the circuit as many times as needed. If you’re really pressed, you can still reap benefits in only 8 minutes!
