Need a simple workout without much equipment that you can do outdoors? Try this one that I recently did with my client using only a ProSource medicine ball and dumbbells. Even if you don’t have dumbbells, you can do those exercises just using body weight.

This is great for the beach or a park. The only difference is that the sand intensifies it a whole lot! To see the full workout and how to do each exercise, watch the episode of Dianne’s Challenge: Fit for Wedding below.

Warm-Up:

Pick a spot about 50 feet away and do each of these exercises to that spot and back to your starting point.

  • Side Shuffles
  • High Knees
  • Crab Walks

Circuit Workout:

Complete 2 rounds of this circuit, resting for 2 minutes in between.

  • Russian Twists 20x
  • Medicine Ball Throws 10x
  • Tricep Dips 10x
  • Step-Ups with Dumbbells 10x
  • Medicine Ball Run 30 sec (you can also use a rubber medicine ball or slam ball for these)
  • Spiderman Crawls 20 sec
